Due to the issue, multiple airlines have been grounded in the United States as the air traffic control seems to have issues in communicating with the pilots. People from Hong Kong are reporting that they are being asked to do manual check-ins since the systems are down. Indian airlines Indigo and Spicejet have also reported major issues and technical glitches.
Some of the users have also reported that they are unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin console. Not only that, but access to almost all Microsoft 365 apps has been affected.
Microsoft is investigating the issue and they are in the process of resolving it. Some of the platforms have already started to see improvements and everything should be back to normal soon.
