Samsung recently announced the launch of its new foldable smartphones – the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. The two smartphones bring significant improvements over the previous generation while still keeping the design language more or less the same. While brands like Honor and Oppo are experimenting with their new foldable devices, Samsung wanted to play it safe. For Samsung, this Unpacked event was more about the software than about the hardware. So, let’s take a deep dive into what Samsung is offering with its new lineup of foldable devices.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6: Powerhouse Got Better
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 brings in a slimmer and lighter design when compared to its predecessor. While it looks like a minor upgrade at first, the new smartphone does bring some noticeable changes. Because of the new improved design, the foldable device gets a higher screen-to-body ratio on both the inner and the outer display.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 Specifications
Coming down to the specs, the Z Fold 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 3. Yes, and that means that this new foldable device does get more AI functions than before.
